Overview & Process

  • Developed the strategy and managed the redesign and consolidation of over 60 microsites into one, WCAG compliant, cohesive website over a 10 month period

  • Audited existing microsites to provide recommendations for how to best set up the navigation structure

  • Acted as the project manager between business units, legal, UX teams, creative teams and IT to implement recommended changes based on data gathered from UX research studies and audit

  • Lead executive leadership reviews 

  • Recruited participants and validated recommendations via user validation testing supplemented by Forrester review and competitor analysis

  • Implemented new process for how business units submit change requests

  • Managed budget and schedule

  • Managed vendor relationships and implementations
